Meet Jennifer Wittkopp
Founder & Director, Haut Institute of Esthetics | Owner, The Pout Medical Aesthetics
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry, Jennifer Wittkopp is a highly esteemed professional known for her expertise in skincare, facial contouring, and advanced medical aesthetics.
Jennifer began her career in Germany after graduating from the prestigious Pure Idea Makeup Artist Academy, where she mastered the art of facial contouring and makeup application. Upon moving to the U.S., she obtained her Cosmetology License and built a thriving career in some of the most successful salons and spas. As a licensed instructor since 2011, she previously served as the Head Instructor for Esthetics at CTBC, where she trained some of the industry’s most successful professionals.
As the Founder of The Pout Medical Aesthetics, Bell County’s premier MedSpa, Jennifer is renowned for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to deliver healthy, glowing, and radiant skin. Her passion for skincare and anti-aging solutions has made her a trusted expert in the field.
Now, as the Director of Haut Institute of Esthetics, Jennifer is dedicated to shaping the next generation of beauty professionals. She believes that knowledge is power and finds immense fulfillment in mentoring aspiring estheticians, helping them build successful careers in the industry.

Krista bringing a wealth of experience in business, education, and career development. As the owner of a successful weight-loss clinic in Texas for over six years, Krista has been at the forefront of innovative technologies and procedures, helping clients achieve their health goals with dedication and expertise.

Beyond business ownership, Krista has nearly a decade of experience in education, having taught vocational courses and worked in Career Services for several colleges. She holds certifications in nutrition and dietetics, instruction, and career facilitation, making her a well-rounded leader with a deep understanding of both student success and industry innovation.

At Haut Institute, Krista is passionate about preparing students for success—not just as future employees, but as potential business owners. Her expertise in entrepreneurship and career development ensures that Haut graduates are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in the beauty industry.

Meet Fernanda Pescador
Manager of Operations, Haut Institute of Esthetics
Fernanda Pescador is the Manager of Operations at Haut Institute of Esthetics, where she plays a key role in guiding students through the admissions process and supporting their educational journey. A licensed esthetician with over three years of experience, Fernanda has a deep passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to excellence in skincare and aesthetics.
Her journey began at Paul Mitchell The School in Austin, where she excelled in her studies and developed a strong foundation in esthetics. After graduating, she honed her expertise at a leading waxing chain, gaining advanced knowledge that led her to specialize in waxing. She then took the next step in her career by opening her own suite, where she provides customized waxing and facial treatments.
Fernanda’s hands-on industry experience, combined with her love for education and professional growth, makes her an invaluable asset to the Haut Institute team.
Veronika Hitzfeld

Meet Veronika Hitzfeld
Daytime Esthetician Instructor, Haut Institute of Esthetics
Veronika Hitzfeld is a dedicated Daytime Esthetician Instructor at Haut Institute of Esthetics, bringing three years of experience and a deep passion for skincare education. A graduate of Avenue Five in Austin, Texas, Veronika is committed to helping clients and students understand their skin, educating them on personalized skincare routines, and exploring how different ingredients interact with various skin types.
With a strong focus on both Holistic Therapy and Esthetics, Veronika is excited to share her growing expertise with future estheticians. She holds certifications in Intimate Bleaching and Hydrafacials, expanding her knowledge in advanced skincare treatments.
Beyond the classroom, Veronika enjoys spending time with her family at sports events with her four children. She is also passionate about giving back to the community, volunteering to help host events and promote skincare education.

Ana Hernandez

Meet Ana
Nighttime Esthetician Instructor, Haut Institute of Esthetics
Ana is a proud Haut Institute graduate and a licensed esthetician with over a year and a half of experience. Now serving as the Nighttime Esthetician Instructor, she is passionate about knowledge-sharing and ensuring her students receive the best education in skincare and beauty treatments.
While she initially specialized in waxing, Ana has developed a deep interest in skincare treatments and is currently pursuing advanced certifications in various skin-focused specialties. Her dedication to continuous learning makes her an inspiring mentor for aspiring estheticians.
Before entering the beauty industry, Ana served in the U.S. Army, studied at Central Texas College, and built a career in Human Resources. However, her journey took a new direction when Haut Institute and her family’s background in beauty entrepreneurship ignited her passion for esthetics.
Ana’s diverse experience, commitment to education, and enthusiasm for skincare make her an invaluable part of the Haut Institute team.

Meet Fabiola Ortega
Lash Technician Instructor, Haut Institute of Esthetics
Fabiola Ortega is the Lash Technician Instructor at Haut Institute of Esthetics, where she shares her passion for the lash industry with aspiring beauty professionals. Licensed since 2023, Fabiola’s dedication to her craft inspired her to become an instructor, with the goal of igniting creativity and inspiring confidence in her students.
In addition to teaching, Fabiola owns her own lash studio, where she specializes in a variety of lash extension techniques. She is also a certified spray tan and tooth gem technician, continuously expanding her expertise in the beauty industry.
